Riverlabs 1 is 2,082 sq ft (193 sq m) to 96,742 sq ft (8,988 sq m) of state-of-the-art CL2/3 Lab, Office and manufacturing space, equially capable of accommodating intense chemistry or biologics applications.  It was built in 2013 by GSK to a very high specification and has been fully refurbished to bring it even further up to date and to create a building that can be divided up to fit any type of requirement.
